The Sommelier’s Advice:

Along the river Garonne, built in the 18th century, Château du Pavillon overlooks the landscape close to the village of Sainte-Croix du Mont, 40 kilometers south of Bordeaux. This dry wine was produced down the hills of the famous Vineyard of Château du Pavillon where the harvest is only possible hand made to optimize quality. Strict selection is operated in order to produce a white wine with qualities such as vivacity and fruitiness which is quite rare in this region of Great Sweet Wines.
