The Sommelier’s Advice:
Along the river Garonne, built in the 18th century, Château du Pavillon overlooks the landscape close to the village of Sainte-Croix du Mont, 40 kilometers south of Bordeaux. This sweet white wine is endowed with a beautiful golden dress, an Apricot’s nose, honey and citrus fruits and an elegant mouth with beautiful materials of candied fruits. A certain freshness in finale and a very beautiful length. One beautiful guarding wine for this exceptional vintage.
