The Sommelier’s Advice:
On the best lands of Loupiac, the 3 acres of Château Les Roques overlooks the river Garonne. The production is made by the staff of Château du Pavillon of Sainte-Croix du Mont which is very close. The perfect maturity which is trying to reach helps producing an well balanced fruity Loupiac.
Ideal as an aperitif, on grilled chicken or duck, and appreciated with Roquefort, this wine can be kept for some years.
